At US Poly Pack, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that not all orders are eligible for a refund. Refund requests must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will only be issued for orders that meet our return policy and specific criteria outlined below.
- Custom or special orders, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
- Criteria for Refund Consideration
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, documentation, and accessories intact.
- Any request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping cost and assuming the risk of returning the products to us. Since we have multiple return locations, please contact our returns team to receive the appropriate Return Authorization number and the correct return address before sending any items back.
- We are not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. To ensure the safe return of your items, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Please note that a refund cannot be issued without receiving the goods or valid proof of their return delivery.
- A restocking fee of 20% or more may apply for returns or refunds.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that do not comply with the conditions set in our Return Policy will not qualify for a refund.
- Products returned without prior approval or a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted or refunded.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Process for Requesting a Refund
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the request.
- Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions if your order is eligible for return or refund.
- Refund Processing Time
- If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of the item. You will also be informed of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
