If your orders are an average of $1000 and want to apply for Credit Terms simply complete our credit application and send it back to sales@uspolypack.com. Our credit application takes 7-10 business days to process. Once credit terms are approved you can start to send your orders via fax 832-240-1130 or email to sales@uspolypack.com. Credit Terms such as amount of Line of Credit and Net terms of 7, 15, or 30 days will depend on our credit departments approval. Simply download and complete the credit application and send it back to sales@uspolypack.com.
