About Anti-Static Bags

Our static control products include 59 stock sizes of Pink Anti-Static bags and tubing.  They are made with an extra-bottom seal or a durable side weld.  Tubing is wound on 3” cores and core plugs diameter holes are 1”.   These tough polyethylene bag seals out both dust and moisture while controlling static electricity. Durable single-track zipper stands up well in repeated use and side seam welding prevents splitting. Meets static decay requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D Type II.

They are made with Smart Tech Bags engineering that provide superior static control. Thicker guages (4 & 6 mil) are engineered to provide a surface resistivity less than 1x1012 ohms/sq. They also comply with the requirements of MIL-PRF-81705E, Type II and EIA-541.

For anti-static bags and tubing not listed, we can custom manufacture them. Our custom manufacturing capabilities include sizes up to 98" wide, gusseted items up to 150" wide (width+depth) and gauges from.75 mil to 8 mil in thickness.
